No. Conference registration provides all enrolled conference authors with the opportunity to submit a full research manuscript for consideration. All manuscripts are subject to double-blind peer review, plagiarism screening, editorial evaluation, applicable publication standards, and the journal's publication schedule. Registration does not guarantee publication.

All authors who enroll/register for the GCR conference are eligible to submit their full research manuscript for consideration, subject to the journal's applicable submission and editorial requirements.

Conference registration provides the opportunity to submit a manuscript for publication consideration. Publication itself is not guaranteed and remains subject to the journal's peer-review and editorial processes. Any separate publication fee or APC, if applicable, should be governed by the journal's current Publication Fees & Fee Waivers policy.

Razorpay may apply a payment processing/convenience fee, where applicable. Any such charge is separate from the GCR registration fee and applicable GST and will be displayed during checkout before payment.

The conference accepts the same manuscript types listed under Manuscript Templates on the GCR website, including but not limited to:

A Certificate of Participation will be given to all participants in the Best Paper, Best Presenter, and Both award categories, whether or not they receive an award.

Authors may submit their papers for consideration for the Best Paper Award without being required to present the paper at the conference. It is optional to present.

All eligible submissions will be evaluated by the Conference Review Committee based on originality, research quality, methodology, relevance, clarity, and overall academic contribution.

The selected Best Paper Award winner(s) will receive an official Best Paper Award Certificate. Participation in the award category does not require an oral presentation. Published and unpublished research will be accepted.

The top 10% of research will be chosen for the Best Paper Awards and will be offered an opportunity to publish, subject to peer review. However, it is optional for the author to publish or not publish.

Scholars in the Best Paper Award category may attend the GCR Colloquia/Workshop and will receive digital certificates. If a scholar does not receive an award, a Certificate of Participation will still be given.

Note: Submission for the Best Paper Award does not guarantee selection. The award will be granted solely on the basis of the quality and merit of the submitted research.

Prepare a PowerPoint presentation for the Best Presenter component. For the Best Paper component, email the blinded manuscript and separate title page (or published PDF) to editor@globalconfluencereview.in. Oral presentation is required for the Best Presenter component; see the Best Paper Award section above for paper submission details.

Yes. Researchers whose work is already published may still compete.

They should email the PDF of the published paper after abstract acceptance. Publication in GCR is not automatic.

The journal template is recommended but optional for the initial conference submission.

Authors submitting through the conference for publication consideration are encouraged to use the journal template.

If selected for Best Paper and invited for journal review, authors will be required to submit the revised manuscript in journal format before peer review.

No. Winning Best Paper does not guarantee publication. Top 10% of Best Paper submissions may be offered a publication opportunity, subject to peer review.

Publication is optional for the author.

Conference presentation does not automatically guarantee publication.

If not selected for Best Paper, authors may still submit through the regular journal submission process.

Failure to win Best Paper does not indicate poor research quality.

Separate awards may be given for school students, undergraduate students, postgraduate students, PhD scholars, and faculty at the discretion of the Conference Evaluation Committee.

Separate awards may also be given for qualitative research, quantitative research, and mixed methods research at the discretion of the Committee.

All award nominations are assessed independently by the Conference Evaluation Committee. Evaluation is based on the overall quality of the research and, where applicable, the presentation. The committee’s decision is final.

No additional fee and no separate registration are required.

Attendance is optional. Participants may present at the main conference without attending the Colloquia/Workshop.

Separate e-certificates will be awarded to eligible Colloquia attendees.

Scholars in the Best Paper Award category may attend the Colloquia/Workshop and will receive digital certificates.
